CARDINAL SINGING IN MAPLE TREE

CARDINAL SINGING IN MAPLE TREE

I went for a walk around the gardens since the weather is perfection, sun shining, slight breeze, and just under 70 degrees...my kind of weather. My overwintered parsley is about 6 inches tall already, so I harvested some and will have Parsley Potatoes for dinner...a fave.
While I was in the garden a Bright Red Cardinal came and serenaded me with his glorious song...as he perched in the bright chartreuse of the Maple tree blooms above...what a Joy that was ...I just had to sit down awhile and enjoy his beautiful song and soak up some vitamin D sunshine...it felt as if nothing could be better than this...:)

This is similar to the call/song of my Cardinal this morning...but I think mine was more melodic...:)
