It is very difficult to get an extremely active, excited 5 year old to hold still long enough for a photo. I really may not have ever seen this expression on her face before...but at least she finally looked at the camera...:)

We have been having a thick Lake Effect Snowfall all morning, with large snowflakes floating down.

I took this from my studio window and imagine my surprise to see the sun and the moon...!!!

They are reflections from my chandelier in the ceiling behind me...:)

The natives were worried that we would not have snow for Christmas, and they may be right,...however we had a snowfall last night and I awoke to these views out my windows this morning,...Christmas Eve...2011. By noon now, the sun is out, and it is melting fast.
This is the way I prefer it...:)

We are having snow today...but it sticks awhile and melts. No ''real'' lasting snow yet this year.
The natives are worried that we may not have a White Christmas...but the weather man says we will have snow on Christmas Day...we'll see...:)
